Kim was such a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and personality made it a fun and positive experience. She was very very patient with my wavering decisions and went above and beyond in her service. She wanted to make sure I was 100% happy in the end product. As you can see by the pictures, she does beautiful work. I couldn't be happier and would certainly return to Kim for any future projects. She is very knowledgeable and just a delight in every possible way. Her new showroom is gorgeous!!!!! You have to stop by and see it. There are many beautiful samples of her work making it easier to visualize for your needs. Her prices were competitive and there was no additional fee for her visits to our house. She seems to place precedence on making her customers happy.

Kim and Team did a wonderful job. We had a rather large order and all shutters were installed beautifully . One window had a slight fit adjustment and it was promptly replaced perfectly. High quality construction and terrific installation. Thx!
